WEIGHING SYSTEM FOR TELESCOPIC LOADERS

GENITRONIC is a French compagny wich builts hydraulic weighing systems for agriculture ( telescopic loaders, front loaders, wheel loaders , fertilizer sprayers....)

The principe is mouting of 3 or 4 pressure sensors ( depending of the machine) with hydraulic connections on the two actuators ( lift and compensation).
One position sensor is installed with a magnet on the arm of the machine.
The weighing system is a dynamic mode, during the elevation  of the load, the pressure are readen at a height defined by the position sensor and without stopping the lifting movement.
